Aspire has formed a partnership with AQA the UK’s largest exam board, to deliver a one day programme for teachers. This course provides a range of strategies for teachers to use to develop Mental Toughness and resilience in their students taking GCSE’s and A Levels. Aspire are the UK Specialists in the delivery of the MTQ48 measure and the Mental Toughness Development Programme within Education and with young people and families.
